Our underground loader is a reliable, Russian-made solution tailored for demanding mining environments. Built for operations in tunnels and shafts with cross-sections starting from 13.5 m2 and clearance profiles of 3.5×3.5 meters, this machine combines high performance, structural strength, and versatility.
With a payload capacity of 7 tonnes and bucket volume ranging from 2.1 to 3.0 m2 (standard 2.8 m2), the loader is designed for efficient transport of broken rock mass and loading into underground haul trucks. A high breakout force of 132.5 kN ensures smooth operation even in heavy-duty applications, while maneuverability is supported by a tight turning radius (outer: 5748 mm) and articulated steering with 42° oscillation.
Designed for the harsh realities of underground work, the machine operates reliably in environments with:
- Temperatures from –20°C to +40°C
- Humidity levels of 75–100%
- Water ingress and chemically aggressive mine atmospheres
- Debris and uneven terrain with rock pieces up to 300 mm
Robust construction features include a steel frame, Kessler & Co D91 axles (front and rear), Dana MHR 32000 transmission, and a Volvo Penta TAD850VE 160 kW diesel engine. The loader achieves a top speed of 25 km/h and includes a 250-liter fuel tank for extended shift operation.
Modular by design, the machine can be configured for:
- Rock transport and loading
- Auxiliary operations (e.g. with work platforms or baskets)
- Specialized tasks (e.g. side-dump bucket for tunnel construction)
